| The
Hays West Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative has applied for
Continuous Improvement funds through KSDE. The Continuous
Improvement application project for our Cooperative is called Pathways.
The purpose of the Continuous Improvement funds is to award
grants to assist with the implementation of strategies and activities
identified through the Continuous Improvement self assessment process
or other data and activities that identify areas for program and
student improvement. These strategies and activities may include
the design and delivery of building and or district level professional
development systems, which stimulate the planning, implementation and
evaluation of research based practices and responds to identified areas
of needed improvement. A Pathways committee has been formed to assist in attaining project outcomes by coordinating and implementing staff develop activities, coordinate consultation activities, conduct program evaluations and monitor all grant activities. |
